CSI shows...do you ever wonder???

I love all the CSI shows. They are well written and very appealing! I also realize that REAL CSI stuff doesn't happen in 24 hours, a week or even a month in a lot of cases, but it's a tv show! :) However, as I was watching CSI MIAMI last night, I got to thinking...they go into these crime scenes say in a home. And, the home is always SOOO spotless and clean! They find ONE hair on the coffee table or on the back of the couch! Again, I do realize this is tv, but real life CSIs still do the same things...searching for hairs and fibers and such. If I got murdered and they came into my house, the house is usually turned upside down since I have 2 kids...we have an indoor cat so no telling how much hair in on my couches and carpet that doesn't come up with regular cleaning...there are usually a couple of dirty dishes in the sink, my bathroom is full of fingerprints. LOL If they came into my home, MAN WOULD THEY BE BUSY FOR A WHILE!!! LOL
What about your home? Have you ever thought about this or am I just a very strange person??? :)

LOL omg if a CSU team had to come into my house and do their thing....they would all need serious therapy after the fact :-0 LOL Not only are their 4 of us living here (myself, my hubby and my two kids) but we also have 4 cats and 2 dogs...not to mention my vacumn cleaner sucks but not in the way that it should so they'd be finding all sorts of things in the carpets and then they'd probably get totally caught up in psychotic life which includes somewhat disturbing writings all over my bedroom walls and ceiling, disturbing thoughts, poems, entries etc in my journals, disturbing books, just to start with..... all in all they'd probably (with my luck) figure I deserved it and would just call it a day LOL
I think what would be more interesting though would to get profiled by a Behavioural Analysis Unit (like on Criminal Minds) and see what they come up with in regards to me LOL THAT would tickle me pink all over LOL

OMG if they came into my home they would be here for a month just processing it. We have numerous cats, a dog, hamster and rabbit. We always have hair everywhere. We sweep every day and we have enough hair to make a rug out of I swear. Let alone the finger prints with one kid here and all her friends that visit. Let alone the stains that look like blood but are hair dye and other things like that. Oh and our house never is spotless like they show on there. I wish it did. Oh yeah they would be very, very busy. I don't know what they would think besides wanting to pull out their own hair with the job.

LOL I also sweep and vacuum every single day, but no telling how many fingerprints and hairs and everything is in my home! LOL

I don't have any pets but there is still a lot of hair around my house. My 14 year old daughter has long blonde hair. She used to brush her hair in her bedroom but said it became too messy so now I'm constantly wiping up the bathroom floor and sink. Finding a stray hair on CSI really does bother me sometimes. Like the smudge of green paint last night. Come on! If something were to happen in my house they'd see a couple of black smudges on the wall and they would assume that some large object was removed from the house. LOL!
Yes, it's a TV show, and real CSI's are working behind the scenes to make sure that it is realistic as possible. They're not making it with these small details.

LOL - I must admit I am a total CSI addict and love the shows. However, if they ever came to my house they would freak :-) I have a crazy cat who is currently moulting all over the place, a lovely partner who cannot understand the basic concept of cleaning up and I still have a heap of clothes to sort out and put away.

eh. in one CSI Miami part, they had some super-duper security camera which filmed SO accurately that i was going to hit the tv with something. THERE ARE NO SUCH SECURITY CAMERAS. and its in EVERY possible movie and series. ive seen real security camera recordings, and theyre really ugly and you can hardly make out someones head.

There are a few houses they go into that aren't spotless, but you are right for the most part they are super clean and can find things just like that. And again like you said it is a TV show so of course its going to be set up that way.
lol There is a lot of hair around my home that's for sure. Mainly its mine, then its my dogs, and then the kids I watch. lol Hairy house? And even though I keep a clean house I know its no where near as spotless as most as you see on those CSI shows.

well you got some imaginations in your mind today and guess what i too watched that..and even wonder why crimes in our country cant be solved maybe we lacked the skills of the csi men in the tv lol! and your not exactly a strange person..
