After England's dismal showing at the World Cup. Do you think it's time for a management reshuffle?? Prior to the South Africa game, I expected England to at least put a fight against a top team. Instead, the huffed and puffed and never recovered. It ended up as a damp squib. There was no passion, no commitment.......basically they never turned up. Not just for this game but for the whole tournament. I feel it is time for a new coach to be considered because i feel this team is not heading towards the right direction. Also the batting line up needs to be sorted because Vaughan is not scoring runs, Bell is not an opener etc. I think Kevin Pietersen should open the batting line up with Marcus Trescothick when he returns. I could go on and on about this. But... what do you guys think should be done??

Yes I agree with you that England Team should have hire a new coach and instead find a new one that is more committed and show more passion to the game. They have already good players and the team needs to have a more determined and focused coach in order for them to be more competitive and win more games.

I think that Duncan Fletcher is an over hyped coach. He has been at the helm of English cricket for so long and except for one Ashes victory and the recent ODI series victory at Australia, he does not have any significant achievement to show for his tenure. The performance of England throughout the World Cup against the better sides has been dismal. I would feel that he should be sacked, but the ECB still seems to have a lot of confidence on Duncan and he might just pull through for some more time. Cheers! Ram

Well, I do not think it is his fault if the team doesn't have passion, maybe they are just going through so much pressure right now. The coach can motivate them, but it is them that have to show it.
