ssssssssnoring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As in the two previous post both the nose strips and the c pack machine work very wellmy husband snored and drove me crazy we purchased the strips and it helped a lot, he was later diagnosed with sleep apenia he now sleeps with the machine and my nights are peacefull, the machine dose make a little noise but once you get used to it it wont bother you at all.

I never used to snore, but then I broke my nose, and it just kinda happened. The doctor I visited (an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist) for a sinus problem told me there were actually inserts made of a flexible plastic material that helped keep people from snoring. I considered that. The nose strips don't really do anything for me.

It is definetly controlable. My husband tends to snore too and what really helps him is those nose strips and the anti-snoring throat spray. If you can get those then I definetly recommend them. Also sleeping on your side or your stomach makes you snore less than you would if you sleep on your back. Snoring is very annoying but you can do somethings about it. Sometimes serious conditions such as sleep apnea cause snoring so check with your Dr. and make sure that's not the cause of the snoring.

It is controlable. My mom, uncle, aunt, grandad, and brother all snore. Well they did before but not anymore. My mom was going to have surgery and before she could she had to do a sleep apnea test. After the test they gave her this machine to sleep with and now she doesn't snore anymore. After that the rest of them did that and now they do not snore anymore. It makes going on trips and being in the RV or camping trailer a lot better.
