My parents are not well and i have to help them out alot with things. My dad was injured on the job and cant do heavy lifting so i bring in the wood for them all winter and and do whatever else needs done mowing the lawn or running errands when they are not feeling up to it. My brother does not have any kids but dont help either. While i tackle raising my three kids and running my own household and working and my gym classes and then trying to help my parents out i just get so tired and burned out but i cant seem to get through to my brother. But no matter how tired i get i will keep on keepin on i just dont know what else to do. They automatically come to me with all their problems they never go to my brother how can i handle the extra burden with a little more grace. I know i cant not do it it just wouldnt be right but i need to balance it cause i dont want to compromise my life or the kids life because i am just plain tired.

Bless your heart. I so know what you are going through. I was working from 40-60 hours a week while taking care of our home and our children adn taking care of my husband Grandfather and his home. I was exhausted all the time but kept on going. Finally it reached the point taht we had to build on a room and move his Grandfather in with us. He was on oxygen all the time and got till I even had to bath him. It was so hard that I finally had to quit my job and just take care of our family. Good luck and know that you are not alone. There are others out there that make the sacrifices to care for extended family. That is very important and you are to be commended for it.

Oh that is lovely of you I wish that my parents where still alive but unfortunately they have passed away, so I think that it is very important to be there for family. Oh that is dreadful that your brother does not help out with his parents, yes I would imagine that you would get very tired out. Of course your parents won't go to your brother as he would not care or do anything to help them. Well we have to be there for our parents and so should your brother.
