Has anyone read the story Walimai by Isabelle Allende?

This is a short story in Spanish called Walimai. I know this is a long shot here but I have to read it for my Spanish class, and we have a quiz on it, but I'm having a really hard time understanding it. I'm just wondering if by any chance anyone here has read it, and if so, what is it about? I would VERY VERY VERY much appreciate responses on this discussion!
