Do you like having a walk after supper?

Everyday after having the supper,I like having a walk along the seaside with my friends.I like the wind from the sea,I like the feeling of walking in the seaside.But the most important reason is that it can help to lighten my weight.The summer is coming soon,I must lighten my weight immediatedly.So I also have a walk after supper. How about you?Do you like having a walk?And do you have other good methods to lighten the weight?If you have,please tell me,welcome to discuss and I will be much grateful.

My supper is usually a cup of coffee and some snack like potato chip and When I take my supper it is already past 10 pm. I would like to just relax on the sofa and enjoy my cup of coffee and the snack with the television on and when feeling sleepy, I will head to bed. I will not think of going for a walk after my supper. Bedtime after my supper..

You eat so less and so late,I usually eat my supper during 6pm to 7pm,and I never drink coffee in the night,because I can't fall asleep if I drink. Thanks for your response,best regards!

I usually dont have the habit of walking after having a supper. I prefer to sit down because i feel lazy to walk after supper. But even then i maintain my physique without adding much calories ;P

You are so lucky,I have to loss fat by walking,I am lazy too,but I have no choice,because the summer will come soon.How pity!

oh yaa, certainly yes. i love to go on a walk after my supper. it helps me in digesting the food as well as i enjoy the nice cold air out. i generally walk in my garden only as seaside is very very far away from my place. after the walk i burp and it gives a very light feeling in my stomache. just after eating i sit in a position folding my legs behind like muslims sit for their prayers, or chinese sit to have their food, i sit in that position for at least 15-20 mins. then i go out for a walk. it really helps me.
