Getting money through false means

My son and I have a small daycare business and We have been accused of scameing the Social services and they said We have not been takeing care of some of the children and myself and the mother have been spliting the money. I am not sure what the Private investigator has but I have been charged with 5 felonies.I have witness that have sen the children here but I am not sure that will help.

This may sound crazy, but I always reccommend that if someone can afford it, and they are in a business such as this, you should have security cameras installed. Let the parents know up front that they are there. This way, if any accusations are made, you can pull up the tapes. In this case, to me, it sounds like you need a good lawyer. But if there is no proof of wrong doing, you shouldn't worry. If there is proof that there was neglect, well, then the law will take care of that, too.

I used to be the director of a day care facility for children, and I know how picky the authorities are about every little thing a day care provider does. What exactly have you been charged with?

5 felonies of obtaining money and not keeping the children that where in Question and splitting the mney with the mother of the children. The felonies are a class 5 and are for each month april through august.

I'd say that if you've really been grossly negligent about giving care you were being paid for, then you deserve whatever happens. Why was there a private investigator involved in the first place?

I do understand if that were true but I have been watching these kids. Where I live is such a really small place were only family lives and that only witness are my family such as sister,neices and 1 other person it is hard to prove. I have records and activites such as move receipts, things that I have been doing wth these kids and have showed all of it. The reason is that I had to testify on a girl that lost her child to the social services and she told these lies . To make me look bad when I hasd to go to court against her.

My concious is clean. However it dosn't stop the worry. I have never been in any trouble I am not sure what will happen.

Will are you getting money through false means? They are not saying the children aren't there, they are accusing you of splitting the money with the mother of the children, and that you don't have all the children you say you are keeping. God Bless
