What are your memorable blooper that happens to you or a friend in a new place?

Everytime you are in a new surrounding, place or situation you make a blooper right? or your friend might? I have been into such situation with my friend. One example was we were such in a hurry to go shopping that after parking we hurriedly left and notice we left the key inside our rent a car with the engine still running. We have to call the rent a car for the reserve key. From this experience whenever I drive a car I had a spare key in my wallet. How about you have been in such a funny situation like this?
