Qlink and protection from radiation?

have you heard of a product called Qlink? it claims to protect you from the ill effects of radiation. From your monitor, from cell phones and cell phone towers, etc.
To help you also find your center balance.
Is this a true scientific product,

I just got mine in my mail TODAY :D
Not sure what to make of it, it's a bit smaller than I expected (like 80% of what I thought) but looks well made.
I like that Deepak Chopra and Ken Wilber endorsed this, so I figured it's definitely worth a try.
Among the things placed in the box is a test, a BEFORE questionnaire, and one for AFTER 8 weeks have passed. Same questions, to be filled in before and after the QLink. Things like energy levels, stress levels, poor sleep, etc. If only half of them improve with the Q-Link then it is money very well spent :D
