how much drink is the limit before driving on highways at night?

drinking while driving....is a terrible problem faced by everyone today. the government is trying its part and still we find drunkards drive their cars out rashly leading to accidents.
so, how much drinking is the limit to drive on highways at night?

The limit should be zero. Why do people put their own lifes at risk of drinking and driving - its beyond me.
