what do u prefer brandede or unbranded accessories of computers?

I prefer the desktop PC as a whole to be unbranded (assembled) because that way I can custom choose its configuration and choose the best component for every area, I'll not have to worry about only authorised servicemen being able to open the computer for any repairs, and I'll also save on the tax. But for the individual components, I prefer the branded ones, and the ones which have the reputation of giving the best performance. Because generally people don't understand the complex electronics inside the components and so its better to use a trusted brand.

Branded computers like Compaq and Dell, actually use more generic parts. The only thing you know is branded is the case with the Dell sticker on it. Inside alot of those branded machines you'll often find generic RAM, a weak power supply, and no cooling fans. All that and you get a 1 year warranty with tech support from people who barely speak English. I build Unbranded PCs. I use good parts from companies like ABit, Gigabyte, MSI, and Corsair. The parts I use carry 3 year, 5 year, or lifetime warranties. When I build a PC, I KNOW it's a good machine. If I build a PC for someone and it has problems, I help them. I don't make them call foreigners that they can't understand. When you buy a branded PC, you're just going with name recognition and assuming it's good.

i prefer branded and mostly sony or ibm intex also sometimes

i prefer branded because u can be sure of quality otherwise lots of risk involved,so better to spend money once than in instalments.

AS PER as purchasing a pc is concern thery are may branded machines in market as a few specified by u i want to add some more like LG, Hp, esys intex, lenovo, hcl ect before going for a branded pc the first thing u must note that what aboiut the services is company providing services in ur city/town because after sale services is very important rest is about for which purpose u want to have pc is it normal personal computer for internaet and ms office type work or u a going to use it for some kind of heavy animation softwares according to that u can deside for what kind of procession u should go for wether its celron or p-4 or deo core ect. so as u can think of other accesssioris mainly ram, harddisk space ect. do enquire about competetive brands you can also check for warrenty or extended warrenty ect. as per as assebled pc is concern there is no harm in going for it too as i am using a assembled p-4 pc which i bought about 3 yeras ago my main intention was money oriented at that time as there was a huge diffrence in the rates of branded and assembled pc but now a days there is no much diffrence as many branded companies are lounching there products as very competive rates i want to share a fact that why branded compnies are lowring there rates because now a days there is hardly any company who is manufacturing all its parts in its own plant then what they do they purchases the various hardware parts in bulk and branded by there name so u will find the same harddisk my it be toshiba, samsung or seagate in all branded pcs motherbord will be intel so as the processor so nows a days there in a hardly a diffrence in a branded and assembled pc its all depends upon how deep knowlede do u have............so go a head
