Appointments/question about accounts......

How many of you out there get mad about ,tring to make an appointment some where and you have to spend 25 minutes just going from one option to another before getting to the right place and then, finally talking with a real person? This just gets me. Or calling to find out about a refund and you are put on hold for 15 minutes, then to top it off, they come back and hang up on you?????? this just gets me in the wrong way. how any others have this and are pissed about it.

Thankfully I don't have to make appointments often, but even with the small amount that I do make, I still find it highly annoying and do get a bit p.o.ed when I get cut off after spending what seems forever just to get to speak with a real person. Though the most riled I have become was when I have had problems with my electric or cable and spend what seems hours to get a real person on the phone and before I even get to a real person I get cut off, and this happens several times, and after several calls later I finally get ahold of someone. Argh!

yes, its hard even when they know they are short of people , but then the customers have to pay
