Perhaps nobody there knows him (nobody has added him in music prefferences) but for me it was a great lost, no only for his wonderful sax but also for his compositions and his versality in music. If someone has heard about him, please share your feelings, and if not, pleas hear his recordings. I saw him leave a few months before he died and that really touched me.

Thanks for answering. I've found some samples in youtube for knowing him a little, I'll post them there:
The first one is a clip for a vanguardist jazz composition by himself: "Nothing Personal" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nh3xLfMJZc&mode=related&search=
The second one is another kind of jazz with some folk rithm on it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRMG5C2PPA&mode=related&search=
The third one is a funky-jazz composition by his brother, Randy Brecker. Both formed one of the most innovative funk bands, the Brecker Brothers.
