My old game, pls help out

I play that game around 1990 or 1994, I am not sure. I want to play that game more. But I don't remember the name.:) Game play is like alien overwhelm. Our Human charater are Captain, Medic and other. We have 3 type of guns( one is dead (ammo limited), next is when it hit the alien will big and other one is when shoot alien will small) and We can used meat cleaver, iron rod something like that. I am not so sure. Hide from alien and sneak around. Close the door and lock them. 2d game but it's more like 3d. thanks Perfect
