Swimming is the best exercise

I think swimming is the best exercise for our body. Why? Because we use almost all our body parts in swimming. Don't you think so?

you could be right. at least you don't get to many injuries when you are swimming. most of the athletes who got injured use swimming as part of their therapy to regain mobility. so i guess your probably right about swimming.

I have fibromyalgia and severe migraines, and swimming helps take the pain away and keep it away. Plus, it is very relaxing, and loosens up the painful muscles.

I agree. Swimming is cardio and strength workout in one exercise, while swimming a person's heart rate increases that's the cardio part while he tones his muscles with every stroke & kick that's the strength part. My body is at it's healthies suring my varsity swimming years.

I agree. Swimming uses almost all of our muscles so it helps tone us up. It is also easy on the joints because of being low impact, and best of all it’s fun so you are more likely to stick with it.

I agree swimming is the greatest exercise. It uses all your muscles but doesnt put as much strain on your joints. I have arthritis and swimming really is the only exercise I can do comfortably.

I think so,swimming is really a good exercise.I always go swimming in order to lose my weight.Besides,it is also a survive skill.So I like it.
