There are millions of people around the world that suffer with Alzheimer's. Often, it seems that the condition comes on quickly. However, it has been found that though a diagnosis of Alzheimer's may appear sudden, a person often showed signs for years prior to an official diagnosis. Here, you will find some typical alerts to the condition of Alzheimer's. If you have any concerns about yourself or others, medical advice should be sought. 1) Many Alzheimer's patients will often repeat things consistently. 2) Patients often start to depend on people besides themselves. This usually is noticed in people that have previously been very independent and done things for themselves. 3) Many people will start to forget how to do daily activities like handling their finances, household chores, and cooking. They may seem lost or forget the details to certain things. These are usually activities that are very common. 4) People may ask questions, and repeat them often despite the fact that they already received an answer. *If you know someone with this condition and would like to share possible symptoms, please do so.

I don't have any in my family. I do repeat myself but I think it is because I forget from time to time because I have multiple sclrosis. It is still sad to read and to hear about others who do have Alzheimer's. I have a uncle who has Picks diease which is simalar to Alzhemiers but it is worser my Uncle is only in his 60's and he is in a nursing home. It is sad hearing about how it has taken such a sad part of his life away.
