Do you have a tatoo?

I do not have a tatoo but am curious if anyone here has one or more tatoos.Why do you want tp have tatoo and is it for covering scars or just body arts or for other purposes.What is the image/symbol you have for the tatoo.

I don't have a tatoo but I have been thinking about getting one for a long time. I thought about maybe something small like a rose on my ankle. I am also thinking of maybe a dog to honor the one that passed away. I'm still a little scared to do it. Maybe someday.

i actually have 2. I have a design I drew on my lower back, and a cross on my calf. And I hope to get a faery on my shoulder and a Trinity knot on my wrist.
The first tattoo, the one on my back was a way of gaining life back (bad relationships and stuff) the cross and the knot represent my faith, and the faery deals with my heritage.

I just have one right now it is the South Carolina palmetto tree and moon. It is small on my right foot in blue. I just have it for body art and i like the symbol i have lived in SC for 22 years ( my whole life) so i thought it would be a neat tattoo.
