How do you know if a Paid To Click or a Paid Survey website is a "Scam Website". How do you report a Website as a "Scam Website" ?

Very good reply, wildhorse, and very little to add to that. There are occasions when a cheater on a site has been kicked off and then the cheater runs around the forums shouting 'scam' but if you take an overall view of many forums you can spot them.
