I don't change ringtone on my mobile very often. Atleast I keep the same ring tone for a year. My hubby like to keep changing his mobile's ringtone. And he donwnload a lot of ringtones. I was using my favourite ringtone the one cingular gave us. But recently I have downloaded a ringtone of my favourite song tune.

The first time I got hold of my very first cellphone, I was so excited that I even subscribed for a weekly change of ringing tones. I even changed the wallpaper almost everyday. Nowadays though, I stick to whatever ring tone is available. I'm using two mobiles and I prefer to use the same tone so I won't have difficulty which mobile to pick up whenever its ringing.

I tend to keep the same ringtone on my phone for a year or so (as that's how often I tend to upgrade my phone). Since I got this phone in June or July last year I have had Smile by Lily Allen on there. I get a bit confused if I change ringtones and end up ignoring the phone when it rings not realising that it's my phone haha! Sometimes when I take the SD card out of my phone and put it back the tone resets to the standard Nokia tune and even then I end up ignoring my phone till someone points at the phone and says "are you going to answer that?" LOL!

I have the same ringtone on my phone for the past couple of months. If i change, i don't recognise it ringing if I am out. lol. My ringtone is a recording of my baby laughing. I will probably change it when he he starts to talk and put that on instead.

if you could recognise the earlier tone then you should be able recognise the changed one too rite? anyway i loved your choice of storing your baby's cry.

I have had my current mobile for about three years. I dont understand why people pay big money for phones when all they do is make calls and send texts - but thats my opinion. My ringtone is one i downloaded about one year ago and is the theme tune to the film The Exorcist, good theme tune but poor film.

I have a different song that plays for each person. So that when I hear a certain song, I know who is calling. I don't change it, or I would forget who has what song. For example, when my son calls me, the song sweet child of mine plays. Then I know it is him calling.

i have had the same ring tone on my phone for awhile now. i am probably going to change it soon, though...just for a little change! i really love my ringtone, though. It is "God Called In Sick TOday" by AFI. i am just going to change it to another AFI song called "The Leaving Song."

ring tones - it's nice to collect different ringtones
i own nokia series of phones which are capable of receiving diffent ringtones. i make sure to personalize my tones depending on my mood. there are times when i feel romantic, that i change my tone to a romantic song. if i'm so happy, i make it a danceable tune... i usually get these tones from the service provider or i ask my family or friends to send it to me. my all time favorite is 'can't take my eyes off you'. this is the tone for my husband alone. this song happens to our theme song.

I keep my favorite ringtones... In fact I assign tone everyone in my phone list so that I will know which group and who is calling me by the ringtone itself..if I keep on changing ringtones, I need to get to know and adjust again the asigned tones.. so I keep the same ringtone...

I don't change my phone's ring tone that often. After all, I don't get that many calls anyway. I normally change it when I get a new phone - the old tone normally goes missing anyway. :P

I am one faithful person. Have been sticking to the same one "ringtone" since the first day I selected it from the phone. I do not see the need to spend additional just to download ringtones so as to be up to date :P

I have one ringtone where i recorded my son's singing of baba blacksheep, and assigned the tone to my husband's number, so, i would know whenever he's calling. I've been using that tone for almost two years now. As for the rest, i change my ringtone every few months.
