It is rather dangerous to use the headlights as drivers driving their vehicle as they want.In India, certain areas are without street lights in nights.People find it difficult to see vehicle coming as these lights flashes so bright & accident can cause due to this.
Headlights are used to find whats coming in the front while driving hence frequent usage can be stopped. But i have seen most people never switch offs the headlights while driving and only do when the policemen warns them.
Do you face difficulty while driving in the night in streets without light as people use these powerful headlights which disturbs your journey?

Yeah i understand what you meant to say, being an Indian i know how Indian Government is reacting to public needs these days. For this the politicians should take the blame and there is no point if we young people can't stand up and fight these.
Yes i had many troubles driving through roads where there are no street lights cause i have to slow down and drive so as to make sure that i am going to hit and run. Most of our Drivers forget to use the Dipper lights which is also a big trouble.
