What du prefer....Sea-side or Lake-side?!?!!?

if given a choice,what would u prefer....seaside or lake side?!?!?!?

seaside pros: sun, beaches, waves,
cons: tsunamis
lakeside: pros: serene, vegetation, fishing
cons: wild animals (mosquitos, alligators)
Hmmm... this is actually a good question :D. I've never thought of it this way. I'd actually take a seaside house vs lakehouse. I like the sun too much

i would love to live along the beach somewhere. lake side would be nice, but i've always loved the beach.
