What is the best dish you've ever cooked?

I have asked my family this question several times and they've always given me the simple answer, they love everything I cook. I think that my bes dish would have to be Alfredo Casserole.

Whenever I ask my brother and sister what to cook they ask me only one thing that is called Alu ka parantha, I feel may be that is what I cook best.
