What is the biggest joy in your life besides God?

Sons seem to be a very joyous thing to many people. I wonder why no one has responded daughter. I'm sure some people must have enjoyable daughters, but I haven't been so lucky. Thanks for responding.

You're lucky to still have a great grandmother. Mine passed away almost 40 years ago when I was 16. She was a sweet, patient lady, too. I can't remember playing games with her because she could hardly see, but we liked to cook together and just spend time visiting. Thanks for bringing back the memories for me!

Grandchildren are a true benefit of having raised children. I enjoy mine no end, including my step-grandchildren. Since I'm the only grandma most of them have, they all like spending time at our house and doing things with me. It's a lot of fun, and it helps keep me young.

Children are the reason we were put on this earth, and life wouldn't be worth it without them. Some people don't want to bother with children, but they never experience the joy, either.

And no matter how old they get, you'll always feel the same way. My 24-year-old laughs at me when I try to fuss over him, but in my mind he is still my baby. My children are my joy, too. They're what has made my life meaningful for 27 years now.

If you let God help you choose your husband, then I'm sure it's inevitable that your husband will be a joy. Mine is, too.

God is good, and I try to listen to Him. My husband is a wonderful man, and a great husband too. His first love would be God as well.
