hmm for me that would be Erap Estrada. not because he's a great leader but rather how he manage to be the president of the Philippines with his skill set.

yes im a filipino. What i mean about skill set is he's a great action hero(actor).. and he manage to be the president of the Philippines.. and to able to pull it off you need a lot of courage to become one.
