Don't play in the freeway!! Don't take wooden nickles. Tell people you love them daily. Because you never know what tomorrow may bring.

Sorry, i just noticed the topic. Giving up smoking is very hard to do. Try the nicorette gum or the patch. That might help.

I smoke and Have not quit yet but i am in the middle of reading this book called The easyway to stop smoking by Allen Carr. Here is the link. www.theeasywaytostopsmoking.com It seems to be really good so far.
