Do you value your life?

This is a true story. About ten years ago my cousin was at an atm machine late at night and some guys had pulled up and tried to rob him. Instead of him just giving up his money he tried to fight back, but being that there were more of them he lost the fight and was beaten to death. About a week and a half later we attended his funeral. It was terrible to hear about and terrible to see what my cousin looked like in that casket. The whole time everything was going on my Aunt was like Why didn't he just give them what they wanted! He would still be here with us. Why? Well my question to you is do you value your life? If you were being robbed would you give up any and everything to keep your life? Would you try to fight back and risk getting out of the situation alive? Well I honestly can say that I have no clue what I would do. I don't know if I would fight back or just give up everything. I miss my cousin so much and I wish that he was still here with us, but I guess that it was his time to go. Tell me what would you do if your life was on the line.
