What name will you give to your first born child???

If you are expecting a baby, what name will you given her? What if it's a boy? Will you name your child after someone like your parents, some celebrity or a saint? Share your thoughts... ;-p

I have a lot of names that I like for girls, but almost none for boys. The one boy name that I really like is Simon, with Neil for a middle name. Although, if I have a girl her first name will be Garnet. I haven't been able to think of a middle name yet that goes with Garnet, but I have always really liked that name. My name is Crystal, so it fits.
I don't think I would ever name my child directly after someone, there are so many names that I like that I thought of on my own, that I'll never have a chance to use them all!

I certainly choose name with special meanings, not only because it sounds nice. I will name my future daughter Calista, which is Greek for 'the most beautiful. I havent decided for a boy yet. cheers!
