Would love to hear your story. Here is mine. I left my ex husband in Oct of 03 and moved back home with my parents to Georgia. Joined Eharmony July of 04. Meet Dave on there the following month. Flew out to Hawaii to meet him in Sept 04. Was suppose to stay there two weeks. He was getting out of the Navy at the time and I stayed there 9 weeks total. WE came back engaged. :) Moved to PA for a job of his. We are now in VA. Looking back, I never would have thought I would meet someone online and fall in love. You ever see the Eharmony commercials?? Well next time you do, remember me because it's where I met hubby. We are waiting to hear back from them on trying to get to be part of the commercial. ~~Christina~~

Well I too met mine online. He had just moved to Texas from Oregon and moved to the town over from mine. He sent me a message on myspace saying he was new to the area and wanted to meet people. He was living with his sister and her husband and they didn't know too many people here either. So we started talking and about 3 months later we decided to meet. I still lived in my dorm so he met me there. We talked and got to know each other and we haven't looked back since then. I would have never thought I would meet my husband online but I did and I hink it's great.

That is awesome. Meeting on myspace. I have met a lot of people on myspace. I was married already when I starting doing it so I couldn't meet men that way. LOL Congrats on finding your true love. That is realyl neat.

What a great story! It is good to know that sites like those do help some people. I would have thought that they would be a scam! I too was divorced when I met hubby. A friend had called and asked me to meet her at the health club at which she was a member and play some racquetball. We met there and the court wasn't free, so we went up to the TV room to watch a basketball game that was playing. Two arch rival teams from NC were playing...Duke and Carolina. She is a Duke graduate so when they scored she and I cheered. Only one other person in the room cheered. He was astonished and came over to talk to us. The rest is history!

Well Christina, you get another + rating for a super posting. I met my husband in an optical store. I needed a pair of glasses, and he was the optician. I ended up working for him, and then we got married a couple of years later after becoming great friends. We are married 30 years now.M&M

I met my love of my life thru a gay friend who used to be a financier of my cousin. We became friends for about 6 months. We share our thoughts, feelings, likes, dislikes, and dreams until we both developed with each other. I could say that we've got a funny romance in life.

I met my boyfriend through msn. I went to school with this one guy and his friend added me. Me and his friend talked for a bit but one day randomly he added hes brothers friend (my current boyfriend) to the convo. So he decided to add me and we talked for over a year before we met. And you woulda thought we woulda met earlier! We lived 10 mins away and knew some of the same people. But eventually it paid off. We met and started dating, and this sunday is our year anniversary:)
