Sweet Or Salty?

Definitely sweet snacks, I am a chocoholic and always have chocolate in the fridge or in the cupboard, after a long hard day I like nothing better than a piece of chocolate. It gives me a great sugar rush which salty snacks don't do. I've always had a sweet tooth since being a child. Cadburys is by far the best!

NIBBLE MIX (make in advance for NOW healthy snacking) 6 c. bite-size shredded corn squares (2 c. each of corn cereal, rice cereal & wheat cereal - CHEX) 3 c. thin pretzel sticks 1 (3 oz.) chow mein noodles 1 can mixed nuts (optional) 1/2 c. melted butter 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. Ranch dressing (dry) Put the first 4 ingredients in a large cake pan or baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, pour melted butter over the mix. Sprinkle with cheese and dry seasoning. Mix well. Return to oven and heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 cups. Store in a plastic or glass container with a tight fitting lid in refrigerator when not useing. If desired warm, heat in microwave for 10 seconds on HIGH.

I like them both combined such as chocolate covered pretzels. That is my favorite snack. If I have to choose one or the other though, I would choose sweet.

I like salty snacks. Pop corns, cereals. In cereals I add sugar which are quite acceptable to me.

Off course I would go for salty snacks. I love sweet things but they are pastries and cakes like deserts.

Sweet, salty snacks make me thirsty.

Depends personally on my mood. But most of the time, I prefer Salty over sweet. Things like Peanuts and Nuts are the best.

I like both, especially when you can combine them. Chocolate and peanut candy, for instance. But, if I had to choose one, I'd pick salty, I guess.

well sometimes to cure the whole sweet-salty choice i just have peanut butter pretzels (but they are knind of fattening) but i would have ot say salty : ) sometimes its sweet though : )
