Why is it so difficult to organize the classmate reunion?

Recently, i am so glad to organize the classmate reunion, it is 5 years since we left the college, we are looking forward to see the old classmate again.
But i am also so confused. It is a diffcult task to decide on which day. After discussion, we decided to gather on 02-May and 03-May. It is a pity that some classmates will not return to Alma Mater, and until now, some classmates's decision are not confirmed.
I am so sad. We can not do what we like to, and we have no better choice for our favorite things. Why not to try for the chance, maybe there is so many helpless or we have to work for your living.

yeah ryt, it is really hard to organize and lead reunions, because most of them are busy doing their work, also some of my classmates only return to their alma mater whenever they only need something like their form 137s..

in the college that i attended, they have a reunion day and it holds on every 4th november.

yeah..its very difficult to organize a reunion,especially if your old classmates were busy with their work,or in their family..we cant blame them.im sure,they do love also seeing their alma mater and their old friends and classmates..maybe,they were just busy and having a problem attending reunions.
