I have met a buyer from UK recently who got my goods and hid,did I meet a fraud?She had paid me by Paypal before shipment,but the money have been reversal later.
This was the first time I used Paypal,so I don't know if I still get my goods pay? Why Paypal did as that way?The money was reversal from my account without notice before hand. Who will be blame?It is more than US$500,is there any one from UK can help me get that back? I have Air way Bill to verify the shipment.
