I guess so but I think he mainly showed us how poor security is in schools. If he was able to kill 32 people using merely 2 handguns then something must be not right here.

The authorities disclosed that more than a year before the massacre, Cho was accused of sending unwanted messages to two women and was taken to a psychiatric hospital on a magistrate’s orders and was pronounced a danger to himself. But he was released with orders to undergo outpatient treatment. The disclosure added to the rapidly growing list of warning signs that appeared well before the student opened fire. Among other things, Cho’s twisted, violence-filled writings and sullen, vacant-eyed demeanour had disturbed professors and students so much that he was removed from one English class and was repeatedly urged to get counseling.

well cho acc to some specialists was a paranoid n his act was not just a mock on american culture but the culture every one is trying to adopt ........
ya he had some valid points in his speech n notes but thats not reason enough to massacre 32 ppl on campus.......
but then one cant blame him alone too
just wish that no more cho is going to pop up in future n to do so we all need to improve too..........
