My kids say I'm a font of useless knowledge, but I still retain all this stuff. its getting so bad that I think my brain is full and I forget everyday names and words. its driving me crazy! Does anybody else have this problem? And can you reach information overload in your brain?

erm.. yes.. i think it's very normal.. have you tried taking vitamins and so on.. i do have recommended pills from pharmacist.. i don't know how effective is it.. but i think it's quite good.. it helps to keep me alert during the day.. so i won't get too tired.. then i'm able to focus .. and remember important stuff... are you stress of something? do relax yourself once awhile.. take a walk or try meditating.. yoga is fine for girls too..it will eventually boast your performance.. :)

Maybe it's time for you to go on Jeopardy! I tend to retain a lot of useless trivia too from stuff I read. I don't know about the information overload, I guess it depends on the individual brain! I know some people whose brains don't seem to hold much at all.
