what to do when your sleepy?

erm.. i'll go out for a walk.. and take deep breathe for about 5 - 10 minutes..that will do.. after that.. i'll be full energized... what i do when i sleep? huh? shouldn't i be sleeping on my bed.. and not moving anywhere? what you mean? you mean you sleep walk while you're sleeping? but i have a very bad habit.. i used to dream of naughty things when i'm asleep.. then.. you know.. as guy.. i don't think it's proper to mention it out here.... how do i overcome such sleeping problems? can you help me? :)

If you're asking what do i usually do when i'm sleepy or avoid it, my answer would be: Just like in the office, when i feel sleepy, i'll get out of my room for a while, take coffee, or talk to somebody... just like that. But if you ask me what do i usually do when i'm sleeping, well is it elementary if i would say i dont do anything when im sleeping aside from doing sleep? or say, i might just dreaming when i sleep...

I could not understand what you mean by that. If I am asleep then I could not do anything else except to dream or get a nightmare. I don't know...maybe posting here at myLot while asleep? that could not be right? I love to sleep after posting here at myLot as my eyes get sore and weak oh I really must sleep. Bye...I got to sleep now and probably dream of you -- you are handsome anyway.
