Cho is to blame. Nobody else killed those 33 people. I don't care if he was my brother or not, that doesn't change how I feel. What Cho did was wrong. Cho pulled the trigger, nobody else did. So therefore, Cho is to blame and he took the sissy way out.

he was just a sick person, Society should be aware of every person that has mental Issues, because maybe they can stop alot of things from happening if they see the warning signs.

He is blame, but if he is my brother i will pray for him. I don't know what he is thinking about but he is really weird and like a depression man.

Well what if it was someone brother. what could they say and do, The man was Mentally disturb, everyone could see it, but did nothing about it. May if they would of detected him being like that and did something about it, those people would still be here now.
