INGREDIENTS:pack of orange flavour-2 sachets,pack of lemon flavour-2 sachets,Lime juice-2 tablespoons,club soda-4 cups,apple(cubed)1/4 cups,pineaple(cubed)- 1/4 cups,cherries-1/4 cups,seedless grapes-a few,sugar-acording to taste. NO.OF SERVINGS:6-8 METHOD:1.Mix together the contents of the orange and lemon acks in a large bowl.Add sugar and limejuice. 2.Disolve the mixture in a little water.Pour the club soda and mix well. 3.Add the friut and stir to mix. 4.Add the ice cubes and serve imediately,lading the punch into the punch cups or glasses with toothpicks or cocktail fruit frocksfor the fruit. Apples are delicious sourse of dietry fibres which helps aid digestion. Grapes are good sourse of vitamins A & C,you'll also find vitamin B6 and folate in grapes. Pineapple's nutrients include calcium,potassium,fiber and vitamin C.All these fruits will enrich your fruit punch!!!

hi... u know much about the nutreints in it.r u a nutritionist or dieticien??i m an indian and i think u too.we are from saurashtra region of gujrat and belive me i am a man yet i can assure u tht i can prepare such delicious drinks and punches tht u would forget all this foreign drinks.and one more thing do u know that a heavy mixture of co2 in the soda and the acids and vit c in fruits is harmfull to the body.!!
