I've always been fascinated with people's different jobs, especially those that are considered blue-collared ones. Sometimes I wonder why some become garbage collectors, some street sweepers, some shoe shine boys. I know these people would also want to have other better paying jobs but it's interesting to know that there are people like them who do the jobs that most would probably not prefer to do. What about you...what type of blue-collared job can you fathom to do?

I live in Canada. These people ren't poor here, the provide a needed service. My cousin is a garbage collector, by choice. He is the richest man in the town he lives in, and probably in the whole area. He owns 3 houses, 3 cars, and has 6 trucks to do his work. He has 13 paid employees in the winter, and hires 4 students to work for the summer and makes sure their tuition and books are paid for as well as paying them wages while they work. Really, some garbage collectors aren't poor at all. Oh, and by the way, when his beautiful wife told him that the local hospital needed a new ct scan machine, HE paid for more than half the cost.
