Fussy about jeans?

Are you fussy about your jeans? I know of people who can't wear a pair of jeans if it isn't ironed. Personally, I can wear unironed jeans but only if I'm going to a friend's place or to get something from the convenient store or something. What about your "criteria" in buying a pair of jeans? Do you usually buy one because it has caught your eye, its design is attractive or primarily because of its price tag?

Yes, if you consider not wearing them or owning a pair fussy. a lot of my friends complain because I refuse to wear them, I just do not care for them and would rather be in a nice pair of slacks instead.
