Eating fresh veggies and fruits will surely boost the immune system, since they have Enzymes. We usually cook the vegetables which will cause the enzymes to be lost. We can only get the enzymes from fresh ones. Meat has high acidity, and well, it not very good to live obn a very acidic body.

just by eating meat it does not decrease the immunity .but basically i dont think humans are meat eaters .if you search your self you can find out that the colon length of the humans is similar to that of herbivourous ,human teeth is that of a vegfetarian, when we drink carnivorous animals drink with tounge but we humans like drink by using lips by sucking there are lot of thinhgs which show s that we are herbivours naturally.so if we go against nature definitely that will cause lot of diseases.in that way meat will reduce our immunity.also after digestion of meat lot of waste will arise in our body and to expel the waste our body has to use lot of its vitality and meat doesnt contain any fibre that will cause lot of diseases. if we are eating meat for protein we have to think that how these animals got their body which eventually becomes our protein when we eat them ,they are getting this protein by eating plants and vegetable s and fruits .so it is better to eat these veg and friuts directly rather than depending upon these innocent creatures for protein and strength.it will be better to avoid meat

as far as i know, fruits have fibers and antioxidants that helps improve the metabolism of the body as well as the absorptionof nutrients, well, i dont think eating meat affects because, meat are kind of hard to digest than fruits thats why many people have the notion to believe that over eating meat reduces the immune system of the body..
