Go to yanille and buy a noose wand from the hunting shop there, then go to the glacier fields northwest of rellekea. search the kibbit hole and tracks will appear. Follow them till they stop, search around nearby untill you find more tracks. Continue until your search says " There may be something hiding in there " use your noose wand on that spot to catch the kibbit.

I should also mention that you'll get some bones, raw beast meat & polar kibbit fur. if you take several furs to the fancy dress shop in varrok you can pay the guy there to make them into polar camo.

you dont need anything to start training agility, just find a agility training spot.

no quests are needed to start hunting, but there are certain hunter areas, so it is a bit like agility. some areas have low lvl things to hunt, others have high lvl stuff and most of the areas have medium lvl things in too. to start hunter, you will need to go and pick up a little eqipment, to get this you need to go to yanill, there is a shop quite close to the dragon inn (pub). you will need to buy abird snare and noose wand, as these are the first things you can use. when you have them, you need to go to the fremennik area, north and west of the fremennik village, there is an icy type area, you need to go really north in this icy area, you will find kebbits bouncing around, set up your bird trap where you see some blue birds. these are much easier to catch, and will give you fairly fast exp. otherwish, keep going north, and up some icy steps to go kebbit tracking, for this you need to look in kebbit holes, and follow tracks around and search bushes and stuff till you finally find them, they give better exp than the birds do, but it takes longer to get them, and can be a bit of a pain. (oh and when you do find which bush the kebbit is in, you have to use your noose wand with the bush). i hope that helps with starting hunter :)
