I'm considering changing my school and living abroad

And i am able to choose any school i want, it is said that's like a bonus. So yesterday i tried to find ANY info of school, or university with study of language, english philology. Countries i would like to live in are: Austria, Switzerland or Sweden. Does anyone know any site of any college with Bachelor's Degree? but not german site since i forgot the language.. i would very appreciate the info.
