My boss' son is nuts!Help! I need advice!

I recently took a home health aid job, in which the woman's son also lives here. 9 out of ten times he stays in his room. However he gets these days where he just bullies, and badgers, and bugs his mom until she cries. Then he treats us like he doesn't see that there is a problem with this and tries to play sweet, warm, and wonderful. He is a emotional and mental child, as evidenced by the games that he plays with her. But she is blinded to his cruelty or the perfidity of his nature. In fact he is in there bugging her right now and it is 1:42 am he has been on her case off and on (more on than off) since 5:30 this afternoon! She acknowledges that he is nuts and that he suffers with depression etcetera but she still protects him and you can't say anything against him to her! I think they are both codependant and twisted.

one is a bully and one is willing to be bullied... what can u say? keke... i guess u cant do anything except advice the woman to take her son to the doctor... i mean if u can say and noe that ur son is nuts, then do something about it? if not... it wun do any good to u nor him... in the reality world, noones gonna stand his bully and let him be bulied in such a way... i hope the woman is doing fine... ask her to face facts and be brave ya....

This son is being abusive to a disabled person and should be reported as such, you say you are the caregiver and it is your responsibility to report it. The son needs mental help , if that poor woman cant walk she cant very well defend herself and so I wonder what else occurs there when you are not around.

I don't think you can change either one of them, if you think he is dangerous to himself and others, call mental health. Now that Virginia Tech murders have happened, I'd be cautious and report him to authorities if he is scary. Or quit your job.
