Is a hot chick cool or a cool chick hot?

okay, before any one jumps on me, yes this is not one of my more original and self-made questions, actually this question was in the title song of KBC which is like the Indian version of "who wants to be a millionaire?" But you gotta admit, it's something worth thinking about. At least it got me thinking, and I went with the cool chick. I think that a hot chick will of course be hot, but there's very little chance of her being cool. mmm.... for example, Paris Hilton, I mean, most people think she's hot, and she is, but she's not really cool, is she? On the other hand, a cool chick can be cool and hot. For example, Fergie, or Gwen Stefani, both cool chicks but they are also considered hot, aren't they? So, admittedly this is a very shallow topic, especially since I'm a girl myself, starting this one, but I just wanted to start something light here. So, tell me, what do you think, is a hot chick cool or a cool chick hot? And please elaborate on your answer, because I really would like to know your opinions on this one. P.S: No politically correct answers, please.
