Im studying for Engineering.Yesterday the results of my last semester exam came. I got only 57 percent . I was in the 50th position in the class. When my father came to know this he asked me why couldnt you get such good marks.I said i dont have that talent to study that much ,but my father told me that everyone is talented in all field . But everyone has talent , that i agree ,but it will be in different fields. One maynot be talented in all the fields. Was my father right or am i?

In my opinion, everyone is talented in at least one field; although some people are blessed to be talented in more than one field. I think it doesnt matter if you are talented in many fields or just only one. The important thing is that you know where your strength lies and find a way to make the most out of it. Do not feel bad or down if you feel that you are not good in anything or that if someone is better than other things than you. Every one is different and has their own talents and strengths. You just need to discover it and use it.

yes.. i believe that your father is right to say that.. everyone is talented.. nobody is stupid. .there's no such thing as stupid... the only thing is whether you're talented or not.. in studies.. i seldom feel anyone is stupid.. in my dictionary.. there's only hardworking and lazy.. if you're hardworking enough.. you will definitely get a better result.. if you're lazy.. you'll end up failing your papers.. i do fail my papers at times.. it depends on luck too... i'm also currently studying foundation in engineering.. it's tough isn't it? i don't get good results.. but i'm always above average.. i'm not clever.. but i do work a little to get my tutorials done.. is this enough to get you motivated? :)
