As far as I am concerned, there is no such thing as too much cheese. The more cheese the better. I love my lasagna heaped with lots of cheeses of every kind. I like to pile it on until I cannot fit any more into the pan.

My boyfriend is a big cheese fanatic. He puts lots of cheese on everything. If lots of cheese sounds disgusting to you, try different kinds. We use a variety of cheeses, so there is lots of cheese but different flavors in there. I mainly use cheddar and mozzerella but we have used others before.

Lasagna always needs a lot of cheese, without cheese it just doesn't taste right. I personally don't think too much cheese could ever make it disgusting, just very cheesy :)

Personally, I love cheese. It'd be pretty hard to add too much for my own tastes, but everyone does think differently about such things
