It is really nice to think that our government eventhough we do not have sufficient funds, still they manage to serve our countrymen. And this is at least lessen the burden of many poor filipinos around the country. But sometimes no service fee has no sincerity. What do you think?

i just wish that filipinos would stop blaming the government for all our miseries. we should not ask everything for the government to do every service we need. For instance, if theres a crisis and the help had been delayed, we all blame people from the government, but we forgot to blame ourselves for not saving for emergencies like food and money.

well, we, filipinos, are known for our creativity and ingenuity, and yes, our religiosity. we can make do with whatever resources are available. this is why, i believe that we can survive any crisis that comes our way.
i believe, too, however, that monetary rewards are a strong motivating factor for filipinos to continue serving efficiently and effectively. what i mean here by monetary rewards are not bribe money but standardized salaries and other bonuses.
