Vitamin content of foods

Did you consider vitamin content of foods,before taking it.I think,now lot of people consider it before taking any food.Now we are brcomming more and more healthy concious.

Vitamins are very important for us indeed. If we lack a certain vitamin, we could have health problems. Be sure to take your Vitamin B's, Vitamin C, and don't forget the minerals to go with them. Omega 3's (fish oil) are also very good for us.

If you eat a varied diet and chose unprocessed foods you don't really have to worry about the nutrient content... maybe. The is evidence that current agricultural practices supply food with less nutrient value that years ago. I believe it's a good idea to take a comprehensive daily multiple vitamin and mineral supplement.
