Is it 10 years, 20 years or less than a year? Since, I graduated from college I been here in my current work. I been here for at least 20 years. There are opportunities that come and go but I just can't make that jump to a change in career. It's like I been planted here and bloom. It's not that bad really but I think sometime what if I took that job will I be happy and rich? I may never know but I'm glad I did not. How about you, do you stay loyal to your work or move from company to company? Like a rollingstone.

I graduated college 28 years ago and have worked as a registered nurse since that time. I have worked in many capacities. Fifteen years of that were in my hometown at a very large and modern hospital. Thirteen years ago we moved to this VERY SMALL town and I decided that I didn't want to work in the small hospital. I went back to college and got a masters degree in nursing and I now teach nursing. I love the profession and have never once been sorry that I became a nurse! I would however love to move to a larger city..but alas, that is not possible. Hubby is here until he retires.

Yes, it's the family usually that makes you stay and endure the hardship.

I have still not started my first job and to be frank I never want to start one. This is because with every job there comes the boss. But still, if I ever have to do a job I would like to switch it time to time to keep my life full of changes but I will be loyal to that firm with which \i am working at all times.

That good. It's better if you venture on a business. That way you don't have a boss. It's sometimes good to have a boss that will squeeze every once of your knowledge and drive you to excellent.
