dont you counter that person....at least for the sake of dignity...walking out is something cowardly..

Normally someone just dont insult me. To be insulted, i must have provoked him or her to that extent. and if i ever was inulted, I would just talk nicely to that person trying to calm things out. If i lose my temper, then it will be never ending. He abusing me and I abusing him. So the first step i will take is to calm him. If I have made a mistake,I will duly apologise for my mistake.

Sometimes I retaliate, & usually they can't handle it. There are people who think they can say whatever they want to say, they can do whatever they want to do, but if anyone responds in the same way to them, they freak out & say they are being bullied or victimised.

i just look at them and let them be just as long as they do not hurt nor threaten my life and that is a different story. it is not my problem ,it's his problem if he does so because i don't have a problem with that.the one who insults are usually the ones who does not respect himself.
