Hard working is a must nowadays. Many companies demand more effeciency and more hard work thant usual. As a result of this, oftentimes we forgot or regret when we relax. Do you really think we should not really mind relaxing for a while?

Relaxing is a form of refreshing our mind and body to regain lost strength. It is important especially when we are working. We will not feel life is dull and tiring.

Pamper urself after a long hard day is ok.. better than ok. If i feel very tired.. i will let myself relax... read magazines or comic books.. watch movie or anime... or just playing games....

We have to take time relax and not feel guilty unless we spend hours playing video games or talking on our cellphones. Getting up to stretch, resting your eyes for a few seconds or taking a short nap is not something to feel ashamed about. If we work all the time until we eat or sleep, we will get sick. and the productivity of the company will suffer. I suppose those bosses have so many people wanting work, that they don't care when their employees collapse, get sick, have heart attacks, and die. One reason for companies insisting that their employees work like slaves is they are cheap. They believe the shareholders are more important than the employees and if they can top up as many jobs on one employee, they will do it so the company can show it made one million dollars profit. (that's in US dollars by the way) I think it could be the old class system coming through, but don't quote me on that. The employees are working class, the shareholders middle class and more important. You can fire an employee, but not a shareholder.
